At Club 45, every project represents a step toward redefining what a sports club can be. A place built by and for the Evergreen community, where modern amenities, wellness, and community come together.

Below is a look at what we’ve already accomplished since opening, and what’s next as we continue building the region’s premier multi-sport destination.

Since Our Launch — August 1, 2025

• Indoor Court Resurfacing & Enhancements: Our upper tennis courts have been fully resurfaced and upgraded, setting the tone for a premium year-round experience.
• Four Indoor Pickleball Courts: Completed at launch, our first four courts bring Evergreen’s fastest-growing sport indoors with professional surfacing, heating, and lighting.

Coming Winter 2025

• Pro Shop – Opening November 2025: A curated retail experience featuring high-performance gear, exclusive Club 45 apparel, and our Sanctified performance line.

• Bar & Social Lounge – Opening December 2025: A warm, high-end lounge for watching matches, connecting with friends, and celebrating the Club 45 lifestyle.

Spring 2026 – Major Expansion Phase

• New Indoor Pickleball Facility – March 2026: A larger steel-structure facility with expanded capacity for 4 indoor courts, 2 outdoor allowing year-round leagues, tournaments, and social play.

• Indoor Event & Multi-Use Area – March – May 2026: A flexible indoor space designed for community events, clinics, youth programs, and private gatherings.
• Outdoor Red Clay Tennis Courts – March – April 2026: The next evolution of our courts — custom-blended red clay surfaces offering players a world-class training and match experience.
• Golf Simulator Lounge – Spring 2026: Three high-tech golf bays providing swing analysis, lessons, and year-round virtual play in a relaxed, social environment.

End of 2026 – Early 2027 – Future Vision

• Gym & Wellness Spa: The cornerstone of holistic performance at Club 45 — a full fitness and recovery center with state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, cold-plunge recovery, and performance-based personal training.

• Expanded Clubhouse & Viewing Decks: Enhanced spaces for members and guests to gather, relax, and experience the full energy of Club 45 events.

• Ongoing Community Growth: Additional sports programs, seasonal tournaments, and new membership options to support Evergreen’s active community.
