General Information

No. Guest fees are already included in all non-member pricing for multi-week tennis and pickleball clinics.

Non-members are welcome to visit Club 45 as frequently as they wish. A $15 guest fee applies for each visit when using the facilities.
Guests visiting only the lounge, bar, or viewing areas do not pay a fee.
Members receive scheduling priority if a program reaches capacity.

Promotional Note: Guest fees are waived through November 30 as part of our current introductory special. Standard guest fees resume December 1.

All registrations and bookings are managed through our Club Automation Client Portal.
You may also contact our front desk for personalized assistance.

Select “Access My Account” to create your profile. Once registered, you can log in using your email and password to reserve courts, register for events, and manage your profile.

Club 45 is a cashless facility. Payments are accepted by card only, either at the front desk or through your online account.
All players must have a profile with a valid card on file before participating.

Yes. A current card on file is required for all members and guests participating in any Club 45 program, lesson, or reservation.

Court Reservations & Booking Policies

  • Members: Up to 7 days in advance

  • Non-Members: Up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance

Yes. Contract time is available for both tennis and pickleball, exclusively for members.
This option allows you to reserve a consistent weekly time slot throughout a session or season.

To maintain a smooth, organized, and professional environment:

  • All players must check in at the front desk before entering the courts.

  • Players may not proceed directly to courts without first checking in.

  • Failure to follow this policy may result in revoked membership privileges or court access without refund.
