Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up.

We’re looking for a Yoga and/or Mat Pilates Instructor to lead 3–6 classes per week. Disciplines: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Mat Pilates. You bring the practice; we bring the room, the props, the members, and a marketing engine that promotes your classes. Dual-credentialed (yoga + Pilates) instructors are especially welcome.

• Lead group yoga and/or Mat Pilates classes (60 min standard, 45 or 75 min available) in your specialty style.
• Sequence and program your own classes — you’re the teacher.
• Build relationships with regulars; help them progress; remember their names.
• Promote your classes on your own channels (Instagram, member network); we boost you on ours.
• Arrive 10 minutes before class, stay 5 after for member questions.
• Cover the basics: capacity in the booking system, member safety, clean studio, props put back.

• Yoga: RYT-200 minimum. Or Mat Pilates: Pilates Method Alliance, BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, or comparable mat cert.
• Current CPR/AED certification (within 24 months).
• 1+ year of paid teaching experience in a class environment.
• Confidence on the mic and the floor — you can hold a room of 5 or 25.
• A point of view on your practice and how you teach it. We’re not looking for a generic class.

• $57 per 60-minute class. 45-min at 80%, 75-min at 110%.
• $3 per attendee over 12.
• Revenue-share alternative if mutually elected.
• Pre-class arrival (10 min) and post-class member time (5 min) included.
• Estimated annual earnings: $9,000–$28,000 depending on class load.
• Colorado HFWA paid leave, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership while employed.
