Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up.

We’re hiring Group Fitness Instructors across four disciplines: Indoor Cycling, Mat Workout / HIIT / Bootcamp, Run Club, and Meditation / Breathwork. Per-class W-2 wages with per-head bonuses on full classes. You bring the energy and the technical chops; we bring the room, the equipment, and the member base.

• Lead group fitness classes in your discipline at Club 45.
• Sequence and program your classes — your style, your music (within licensing) — with technical accuracy and member focus.
• Maintain capacity, waitlist, and safety standards.
• Help fill your classes on your channels and through member referrals.
• Arrive 10 minutes before, stay 5 after; arrange Club-approved subs when needed.

• Active certification in your discipline: NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA (HIIT, Mat Workout); Schwinn / Spinning / Mad Dogg (cycling); RRCA or USATF (running); meditation lineage credential or equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED (within 24 months).
• 1+ year paid teaching experience in a class environment.
• Reliability — on time, prepared, professional.

• Indoor Cycling $68 / HIIT $62 / Running $45 / Meditation $45 per 60-min class.
• Per-head bonus: $2–$3 per attendee over 12.
• Revenue-share alternative available (50–60% to instructor) on a per-discipline basis.
• Estimated annual earnings: $20,000–$55,000 depending on class load (10–25 classes/week).
• Colorado HFWA, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership.
