Drive Club 45’s events business with real P&L ownership. We’re hiring an operator, not a planner.

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up.

Club 45 is hiring an Event Coordinator to design, market, and execute a full calendar of weekly, monthly, and anchor events. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who wants ownership, upside, and a real revenue P&L to run.

• Own the event calendar — weekly leagues, monthly themed events, monthly anchor events.
• Own per-event P&L: attendance targets, ticket pricing, F&B attach, sponsor revenue, marketing spend, instructor cost, contribution margin.
• Marketing execution: social, email, signage, local partnerships.
• Sponsor outreach, qualification, close, and on-site activation.
• Vendor and instructor coordination (food, beverage, DJ, equipment, talent).
• Convert event attendees into Club 45 members.

• 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, hospitality, brand activation, or sports/club management.
• Track record of executing live events with 100+ attendees.
• Specific revenue numbers from past events you can defend in interview.
• Comfort on the phone with sponsors, vendors, and partners.
• Hustle profile — want to build something, not manage at a big company.

• $30,000 base salary.
• 12% of net contribution margin per event.
• $1 per attendee over 50 per event.
• 12% commission on net new sponsor revenue.
• At-target Year 1: $48,000–$55,000. Upside (uncapped): $60,000–$75,000+.
• 90-day trial period with mutual termination right.
• Colorado HFWA, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership.
