Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up.

Build a yoga or Pilates following at one of Colorado’s emerging mountain sports clubs. Teach the way you actually want to teach — your sequences, your music, your style — to a member base that shows up. $57/class + per-head bonus. Yoga, Mat Pilates, or both.

Bring your discipline to Club 45. We’re hiring across indoor cycling, HIIT / Mat Workout, Run Club, and Meditation. Per-class pay, flexible schedule, real upside on full classes. Build a following at a sports club that values teachers.

Build your private baseball coaching book on a real platform. Set your own private rates within our band; we provide the cages, the screens, the marketing, and the member base. Coaches keep 65% of lesson revenue.

Run pickleball at Club 45. Calendar, leagues, ladders, clinics, tournaments. Define and grow the program at one of the region’s emerging racquet clubs. Hybrid W-2 — base + per-class + commission. Year 1 target $35–$65K.

Drive Club 45’s events business. Weekly leagues, monthly socials, anchor events. Real P&L ownership. Base + variable comp. At-target $48–$55K, upside $60–$75K. We’re hiring an entrepreneurial operator, not an event planner.

Drive new memberships, event tickets, sponsors, and camp registrations at Club 45. Pure commission, no cap. We provide the platform — CRM, brand, member database, marketing assets. You bring the hustle. Top performers clear six figures.

Run Club 45’s flagship summer camp. Ten weeks, 12 activities, 200–500 campers per week. Pre-season planning, on-site daily operations, post-season wrap. Strong upside via revenue and retention bonuses. Seasonal W-2 (Mar 1 – Sept 30).
